We're Nathan and Diana. Nathan is from the UK, Diana is French — and after years of helping our own friends and family wrestle with the post-Brexit French admin maze, we decided to turn it into a service.
Nathan understands the British expat side: the language gaps, the visa anxiety, the "what even is a récépissé?" moments. Diana handles the French side: she picks up the phone to the préfecture, the CAF and URSSAF in fluent French, and never takes "non" for an answer.

Why we started
Brexit broke the easy expat path. Suddenly every Brit needed visas, residency permits and a small mountain of paperwork. We saw mates spending €2,000+ on agencies that wouldn't even publish prices. We knew we could do it better.
What we believe
